Our Debt Counselors manage and collect delinquent accounts, employing our unique and supportive, consultative approach that helps borrowers identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interests of all parties. You will be expected to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals, set by ConServe management. 

Rochester, NY Customer Service Job Requirements.

To qualify, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or GED, at minimum, is required. Six months or more of direct phone or in-person customer interaction experience within Collections, Sales, or Telemarketing is ideal. Other acceptable experience includes Medical Billing, Call Center, Customer Service, Banking, Reception, Criminal Justice, Office Support, Wait Staff, Accounting, Finance, Retail or Retail Management. Strong verbal communication skills with high persuasiveness and negotiation capabilities are vital to success in this role. Intermediate computer skills, an ability to maintain confidentiality, and a high level of trustworthiness are important requisites.
